Jim Harrington’s course was the first in South Africa to be recognised by the Yoga Alliance in 2005.  Since then he has mentored over 270 students through his teacher training programme.

On successful completion of the course, you can register with the International Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT).

We guarantee that after completing the course, the way you practice and view yoga – and probably yourself – will never be the same again.

Preparation for the Jim Harrington Yoga Teacher Training programme includes 120 hours of training with the internationally-recognized YogaSynergy course –  Yoga Fundamentals. At an additional cost of ZAR 5000

Applicants must have an established yoga practice for a minimum of two years prior to starting the course.

  • Upon acceptance, enroll with a deposit of R7,000 | USD 500.00 to secure your place on the course.
  • Submit full payment of course fees by four weeks before the starting date.
  • Read and submit a 500 word book review of one of the books on the required reading list before the start of the course.
