Every Thursday evening 5.30 – 8.30 pm | Every Saturday 11.00 am – 4.30 pm | Every other Sunday 11.00 am to 4.30 pm

This Yoga Alliance registered teacher training programme will equip you with the necessary skills to teach yoga to classes or individuals.  More than that, it will provide you with a comprehensive yoga education.  You may undertake the training to deepen your understanding and practice of yoga rather than as a career move.

On successful completion of the course, you can register with the International Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT).

Preparation for the Jim Harrington Yoga Teacher Training programme includes 120 hours of training with the internationally-recognized YogaSynergy course –  Yoga Fundamentals.

Applicants must have an established yoga practice for a minimum of two years prior to starting the course.

  • Upon acceptance, enroll with a deposit of R7,000 | USD 500.00 to secure your place on the course.
  • Submit full payment of course fees by four weeks before the starting date.
  • Read and submit a 500 word book review of one of the books on the required reading list before the start of the course.
