1G2A0457Jim Harrington is the owner of ReUnion Yoga & Meditation. A lifelong yoga practitioner, and yoga teacher for over 20 years, Jim’s teaching is informed by a medical and scientific approach to yoga. The synthesis of the ancient traditions with contemporary thinking and research- based science continues to inspire his approach to yoga and meditation. On this retreat Jim will demonstrate and teach yoga and meditation that marries the ancient with the modern in a way that is easy to incorporate to your daily life.



JamesKuiper_SexyFoodRetreatJames Kuiper is the owner of Sexy Food. James was diagnosed with and treated for Lymphatic Cancer at the age of 17. At the end of the treatment his body was in shock and full of toxins post intensive chemo-therapy. He simply listened to his body, and began eating a diet that consisted of food that worked with his body and helped him to regain the strength and vitality he felt before he got cancer. On this retreat he will share with us the magic of Sexy Food – fermented, untouched, whole and healthy.
