Mirja started her path of teaching yoga in 2010, competing her teacher training with Jim Harrington in Cape Town. In 2013 she completed a 200 hours mastership teacher training in Yoga Therapy with Vivek B. Gaur in Rishikesh, India to deepen her understanding of yoga as a healing tool for body, mind and soul.
Mirja views yoga as, a perfect tool for integrating higher frequencies of energy into the physical body to support the whole human being to evolve.
