Who Is This For?
Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just beginning your inward journey, this retreat offers accessible knowledge, tools, and inspiration for all levels of experience.
If you need to take charge of your mind and “course correct” your life’s direction in some way.
If you are one to “give of yourself” through your work and you feel a need for more self care, introspection and restoration.
Our weekend retreat follows a traditional yoga trajectory. We begin with external practices: working with nature, and physical movement, and then gently guiding you inward towards subtle awareness and stillness.
We will follow well-worn steps of the Himalayan Yoga Tradition as we journey inward, coming to rest in the mind’s “centre of gravity”, with a clearer awareness of consciousness. After retreating into this innermost awareness we may find the best path back out to our world with a new perspective.
