ReUnion Yoga & Meditation | 14a Bel Ombre Road, Constantia

In 2019 we moved the studio from Woodstock to the greener pastures of Constantia.  Situated close to the mountain and Cecilia forest at Rocklands Health and Movement Center, a clean, green, high-energy natural environment. My vision for ReUnion Yoga & Meditation is a space where people can practice not only yoga asana but also explore meditation and the profound benefits it brings. I have built a meditation ring underneath the beautiful big fig tree outside the studio. 

We welcome absolute beginners and more experienced yogis to join our smaller classes and learn with personal attention.

There are various classes on offer: Beginner, intermediate, and advanced-focused classes—YogaSynergy, Vinyasa, Budokon, and, of course, meditation.

Yoga (Intermediate)

Intermediate Yoga is ideal for those who have practiced yoga for long enough to already be familiar with the asanas (poses).

YogaSynergy

The Yoga Synergy methodology establishes a very healthy and sustainable base for any other style of yoga practice largely because through it, we learn to move in ways that are kind to the body and encourage the natural flow of our vital energy or prana.

Guided Meditation

A simple method of focusing and calming the mind, as taught by The Himalayan Yoga Tradition. This lineage teaches an effective method of quietening the mind by learning first to focus on the breath and relax the body in a seated position.

YogaLab

Focuses on steadily establishing competence in intermediate postures with functional alignment, correct breathing, and mental focus. Come along, experiment a little, and have some fun in a way that takes you deeper into your practice.

The following classes are available for booking in-person and/or online: yoga, meditation, yoga for athletes, and physical therapy.
