The focus for the trip is on the subtle aspects of yoga including working with Prana and Pranayama, meditation, deep relaxation, and from a still point, reflect on and investigate the tradition’s teachings about mind and spirit.

Days begin and end with meditation, then breathwork and asana practice. sessions of theoretical discourse and discussion are included along with visits to significant sites such as  shrines, Temples and Museams.

Since 2013, there has been an annual Teacher Training Retreat Immersion in the Himalaya. It is not an exaggeration to say that the results have been life changing.
